NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 12th day of August, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-011587, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and MARIE S. ROBINSON; GUY H. ROBINSON; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF TRUST NO. 1912MD, DATED MARCH 6, 2013; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; JCV 1204 TIGER WOOD LLC, AS TRUSTEE UNDER A TRUST AGREEMENT AND KNOWN AS TRUST NO. 1912MD, DATED MARCH 6, 2013; COMMUNITY AMERICA CREDIT UNION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 30th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
FROM THE MOST NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF LOT 47, THE VAN SANT SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE(S) 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG BOUNDARY OF LOT 47 440 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING; CONTINUE THENCE; SOUTHWESTERLY 110 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTHWESTERLY PARALLEL TO THE MOST NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF LOT 47 TO THE NORTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY OF LOT 47 TO A POINT BEING 550 FEET SOUTHWESTERLY FROM THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF LOT 47; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID BOUNDARY 110 FEET THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS THE WESTERLY 92 FEET THEREOF, AND LESS THE EASTERLY 15 FEET THEREOF FOR PLATTED RIGHT OF WAY.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
