NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 11, 2013, and entered in 2011-CA-009706 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS AND OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF GORDON GRUBER A/K/A GORDON L. GRUBER A/K/A GORDON LYNN GRUBER; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; CHERYLL BATY A/K/A CHERYLL ANN BATY; BRENDA BENNETT A/K/A BRENDA FAYE BENNETT; JERRY FANNIN A/K/A JERRY DALE FANNIN; LILLIE GRUBER A/K/A LILLIE CATHERINE GRUBER; NICOLE GRUBER A/K/A NICOLE LYNN GRUBER; UNKNOWN CREDITORS OF THE ESTATE OF GORDON GRUBER A/K/A GORDON L. Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 26, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
From the SE corner of Lot 1 in Block 9 of WASHINGTON PARK SUBDIVISION, as per Plat Book 4, Page 47, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, run South 62 feet for a point of beginning; thence run South 68 feet, thence run West 132 feet, thence run North 68 feet, thence run East 132 feet to the point of beginning, the same being otherwise described as the South 68 feet of Lots 5 and 6 in Block 9 of WASHINGTON PARK SUBDIVISION, as per Plat Book 4, Page 47, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; AND from the SE comer of Lot 6 of Block 9 of WASHINGTON PARK, a subdivision of Plat City, run North 68 feet for a point of beginning, thence North 22 feet, thence West to the West boundary line of Lot 5 of Block 9 of said subdivision, thence South 22 feet, thence East to point of beginning; otherwise described as the North 22 feet of the South 90 feet of Lots 5 and 6 of Block 9 of WASHINGTON PARK SUBDIVISION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
