NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Plaintiff's Summary Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause now pending in said court, that I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on NOVEMBER 24th, 2014 at 10:00 AM, in accordance with Sec. 45.031 of the Florida Statutes, the following property:

Commencing at the Northeast corner of the North 1/2 of Section 18, Township 32 South, Range 19 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, run thence South 87Ëš59' West (Deed), a distance of 1116.66 feet to a point on the North right of way (by occupation) of SAFFOLD PARK DRIVE; thence run along said North right of way, on a curve to the right (irregular curve) approx radius - 580 feet, Chord Bearing South 13Ëš49'13" West, Chord Distance = 51.49 feet to a Point of Beginning.
From said Point of Beginning run South 89Ëš59' West, a distance of 55.00 feet more or less to the waters edge of the LITTLE MANATEE RIVER; thence meander Southwesterly along said waters edge 200 feet more or less; thence run South 66Ëš29'20" East, a distance of 10 feet more or less to a point herein called Point “A”.
Commencing again at said Point of Beginning, run thence along said North right of way (by occupation) of SAFFOLD PARK DRIVE, on a curve to the right (irregular curve) approx radius 530 feet, Chord Bearing = South 28Ëš27'55" East, Chord Distance = 177.16 feet; thence run North 66Ëš29'20" West, a distance of 96.37 feet to said Point “A”.
From said Point “A” run thence South 66Ëš29'20" East, a distance of 233.59 feet to a found 1” iron pipe; thence run South 08Ëš02'27" West, a distance of 18.80 feet to a found 1” iron pipe; thence run South 83Ëš53'40" East, a distance of 138.22 feet to a found 1” iron pipe; thence run South 85Ëš56' East, a distance of 80.00 feet; thence run North 10Ëš11'15" West, a distance of 25.15 feet to a found 1” iron pipe; thence run North 00Ëš35' West, a distance of 135.30 feet to a point 10 feet more or less Southeasterly of the edge of water; thence North 04Ëš02'58" West, a distance of 71 feet more or less to a 4” angle iron on the North edge of the canal (pond); thence meander Westerly along aid North edge, a distance of 57 feet more or less, thence continue meandering Westerly along the edge of said canal, a distance of 200 feet more or less to said Point of Beginning.
TOGETHER WITH all Riparian Rights appertaining thereto.
LESS 40 feet right of way in occupation for SAFFOLD PARK DRIVE
TOGETHER WITH AND SUBJECT TO an easement for ingress and egress being the South 20 feet more or less of described tract.
