NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 20, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 12-CA-003253, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is Plaintiff, and EILEEN ANDREWS; DAVID B. ANDREWS, JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID B. ANDREWS, JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EILEEN ANDREWS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; UNKNOWN TENANT #3; UNKNOWN TENANT #4; AND OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, INCLUDING THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANY TITLE HOLDER IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY; AND, IF A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) IS DECEASED, THE SURVIVING SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THAT DEFENDANT(S); AND THE SEVERAL AND RESPECTIVE UNKNOWN ASSIGNS, SUCCESSORS IN INTEREST, TRUSTEES OR OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST ANY CORPORATION OR OTHER LEGAL ENTITY NAMED AS A DEFENDANT(S); AND ALL CLAIMANTS, PERSONS OR PARTIES, NATURAL OR CORPORATE, OR WHOSE EXACT LEGAL STATUS IS UNKNOWN, CLAIMING UNDER ANY OF THE ABOVE NAMED OR DESCRIBED DEFENDANT(S), are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 7th day of October, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, AND THE NORTH 0.50 FEET OF LOT 16, BLOCK 63, TOWN N' COUNTRY PARK, UNIT NO. 26, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
