YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to PETER D. GRAHAM, ESQ. of ZACUR, GRAHAM & COSTIS, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney whose address is P.O. Box 14409, St. Petersburg, Florida 33733, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition. Apartment No. 1, SHELLEY GARDENS CONDOMINIUM UNIT IV, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 3, Pages 44 and 45, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and as more particularly described in the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in O.R. Book 2952, Page 723, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
