NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 15, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09-003512-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-1, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES INDB 2006-1 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 1, 2006, is Plaintiff and SHAWN MORRISON, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 1st day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. D, OF EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO. 1 AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, DATED APRIL 12, 1979 AND RECORDED APRIL 17, 1979 UNDER CLERK'S FILE NO. 79061160, AS RECORDED IN O.R. 4840, PAGE 2052, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND THE PLAT THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 1838 BROUGH AVENUE, UNIT D, CLEARWATER, FLORIDA 33760
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
