NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 13, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-010128-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF EQUITY ONE ABS, INC. MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2003-4, is Plaintiff and DONNA L. ANDERSON, CLAUDE L. ANDERSON, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE 6TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT, STATE OF FLORIDA AND UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ETA EVANS, AND MALAKAI TABUVUYA, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 30th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 5, VILLAGE GREEN SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 61 AND 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 225 MELODY LANE, LARGO, FLORIDA 33771
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
