NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 8, 2014, and entered in CASE NO.: 14-001211-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANCO POPULAR NORTH AMERICA, is the Plaintiff, and DEMETRIO QUITERIO-MEZQUITE; JUAN JOSE MEZQUITE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEMETRIO QUITERIO-MEZQUITE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUAN JOSE MEZQUITE; GROW FINANCIAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION A/K/A GROW FINANCIAL SERVICES, L.L.C.; JOHN DOE (ANY/OR UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION), and JANE DOE (AND/OR ANY UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION), AND ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 29th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
