NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 18, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 12-008637-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and PEGGY FARRELL, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pinellas County on-line public auction website at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com., beginning at 10:00 AM on October 16, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
