BOAK 4105, PAGE 1682, AS AMENDED, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS,COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTINANT THERETO.
