YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
Condominium Unit A-1, Building No. 104, of PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON, VILLAGE I-#2, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE III, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as shown on plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 78, Pages 29 through 35, inclusive, all in accordance with and subject to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5802, Page 1894 and all amendments thereto, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

If a Defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
