NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 8, 2013 in Civil Case No. 12-004128-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-23 is Plaintiff and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA`S WHOLESALE LENDER, ALVARO SALAZAR, ASTRID TORRES, ASTRID TORRES, ALVARO HUMBERTO SALAZAR A/K/A ALVARO H. SALAZAR, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ASTRID TORRES, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALVARO HUMBERTO SALAZAR A/K/A ALVARO H. SALAZAR, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, VILLAS OF BEACON GROVES HOMEOWNERS` ASSN., INC., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2nd day of October, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 17-F, OF VILLAS OF BEACON GROVES UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 84, PAGE(S) 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
