NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 19, 2014 in Civil Case No. 13-011059-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein M&T BANK is Plaintiff and DIANE GERVASI A/K/A DIANE M. GERVASI, JOHN JONES A/K/A JOHN M. JONES, EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO. 1 ASSOCIATION, INC., EASTWOOD SHORES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2nd day of October, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. C, Building No. 1838, EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO. 1, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 4840, Pages 2052 through 2130, and any amendments thereto and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 33, Pages 53 through 58, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
