NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 4, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-003391-C1 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Metlife Bank, N.A. as Successor to Everbank Reverse Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Barbara Hope Bagnall, The Estate of Virigina Bagnall AKA Virginia R. Bagnall, Michael McFarlin, Susan Bagnall McFarlin, Midland Funding, LLC, Jorge Savala, Rachel Soto, State of Florida Department of Revenue, United States of America, United States of America on Behalf of Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Lienors, Creditors or Other Claimants, Claiming By, Through, Under or Against The Estate of Virigina Bagnall AKA Virigina R. Bagnall, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 2nd day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
