NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of August, 2014, and entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-006012, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and BRIAN A. GREENBERG; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRIAN A. GREENBERG and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 29th day of September, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 11 FEET OF LOT 9 AND THE WEST 39 FEET OF LOT 10, BLOCK A, OAKHURST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 19 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
