Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 5, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 9 AND THE EAST 14 FEET OF LOT 8, BLOCK 2, SNELL ISLE BRIGHTWATERS UNIT A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1764 BRIGHTWATERS BLVD NE, ST. PETERSBURG, FL 33704; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on October 6, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
