NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 26, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 14-001116-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff, and MARILYN VANSKY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN#100069782504087155); and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 9th day of October, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK H, ORANGEWOOD ESTATES SUBDIVISION SECTION TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGES 18 THROUGH 21; SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
