NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 22, 2014 and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-009833 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR BCAPB LLC TRUST 2007-AB1 is the Plaintiff and JAMES CLEMENTS A/K/A JAMES P. CLEMENTS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES CLEMENTS A/K/A JAMES P. CLEMENTS; KELLY CLEMENTS A/K/A KELLY J. CLEMENTS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KELLY CLEMENTS A/K/A KELLY J. CLEMENTS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; STATE OF FLORIDA; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, and TENANT #4 are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 10/27/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
