LOT 29, LESS THE WEST 2 FEET THEREOF, WOODLAND HILLS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGE 88; SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
commonly known as 13829 SUNSET DR, LARGO, FL 33774 has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Kari D. Marsland-Pettit of Kass Shuler, P.A., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 800, Tampa, Florida 33601, (813) 229-0900, on or before 10/13/2014, (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the AMENDED Complaint.
