UNIT 7, INDIAN SUNSET BEACH CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE AND SUBJECT TO THE EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 8416, PAGE 1130, AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 5520, PAGE 1887 AND O.R. BOOK 8606, PAGE 311 AND ANY OTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 113, PAGES 46 THROUGH 48, INCLUSIVE, AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 114, PAGE 54, AND ANY OTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 78 GULF BLVD 7, INDIAN ROCKS BEACH, FL 33785; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on October 17, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
