Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated August 28, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 12-000364-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff, and ROBIN E. BALACAIER, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 17, PIEDMONT-PLACE ON PINELLAS WAY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 39, RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 7th day of October, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
