NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 9, 2014 and entered in Case No. 11-7083-CI-7 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS INDENTURETRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2005-1 MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-1, is Plaintiff and Debra Vogel, Jason W. Setzer, Megan L. Setzer, Bryan White , Valencia Park Homeowners Association, Inc, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 7th day of October 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 83, Valencia Park, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 41, Page 52, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Street Address: 1628 Valencia Drive West, Largo, FL 33778
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
