NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 1, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-005702-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ALETHEA GENT; HENRY GENT; HENRY R. OGLESBY; SEAN M. THOMPSON; STATE OF FLORIDA, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 6th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ALSO BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 38, RUN THENCE SOUTH 44 DEGREES 13 MINUTES 05 SECONDS WEST 152.84 FEET ALONG THE EASTERLY SIDE OF SAID LOT, THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 53 MINUTES 00 SECONDS WEST 20.47 FEET ALONG THE SOUTHERLY SIDE OF SAID LOT, THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 08 MINUTES 20 SECONDS WEST 75.00 FEET ALONG THE WESTERLY SIDE OF SAID LOT, THENCE NORTH 65 DEGREES 07 MINUTES 01 SECONDS EAST 116.41 FEET, THENCE BY A CURVE ARC 26.47 FEET CHORD SOUTH 56 DEGREES 21 MINUTES 26½ SECONDS EAST 25.99 FEET RADIUS 40.00 FEET ALONG A PART OF THE NORTHEASTERLY SIDE OF SAID LOT TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
