YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, STONEHEDGE RESIDENTS' INCORPORATED, herein in the following described property:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit Number 4B, and the undivided percentage of interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to, the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of HIGHLAND LAKES VILLAS ON THE GREEN CONDOMINIUM III, as recorded in O.R. Book 5055, Pages 1679 thru 1733 amended in O.R. Book 5094, Page 1292 and O.R. Book 5094, Page 1298 and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 43, Pages 84 thru 89 all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 3411 Stonehaven Court E. #B, Palm Harbor, FL 34684.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 10/13/2014, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
