That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 505 (In Phase II) of THE LAKES CONDOMINIUM I, A CONDOMINIUM,(Said Condomiium is also know as the Lakes, Unit 2, Phase 4, Section 1, Condominium 1) according to the declaration of condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 5392, Page 771 through 835,and any amendements thereto, including that certain amendement for phase 2 recorded as amendment to the declaration of condominium of the lakes condominium 1, recorded in official records book 5521, page 2036; and as recorded in condominium book 62, page 99, and in condominium book 79, page 87; and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto; All subject to the covenants, conditions, restricitions,easements, terms and other provisions thereof; and as affected by plat book 69, page 64; all of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.

This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's attorney, FLORIDA FORECLOSURE ATTORNEYS, PLLC, whose address is 4855 Technology Way, Suite 500, Boca Raton, FL 33431 or 601 Cleveland Street, Suite 690, Clearwater, FL 33755, on or before 30 days after date of first publication, response due by 10/13/2014, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two (2) consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER -CLWTR P.O. BOX 6517, CLEARWATER, FL 33758.
