NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an order dated August 12, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11008300CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein PRIME ASSET FUND III, LLC is the Plaintiff and STANLEY HARRIS, DARRIN JONES, and KESSER FINANCE COMPANY, are the Defendants, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on the 30th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment entered in this action, to wit:
LOT 3, LESS THE NORTH 10 FEET THEREOF, BLOCK A, PILLSBURY PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
