NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 12, 2014 and entered in Case No. 12-007770-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY ON BEHALF OF FINANCIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORP., SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-WMC1, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007- WMC1is the Plaintiff and BRIAN J. MARSALEK and KATHRYN E. MARSALEK are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 29th day of September, 2014, at 11:00 am, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 181, TRENTWOOD MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 68, PAGES 64 AND 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
