NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 29, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 12-000653-CI-07 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and TERRENCE M. KING, SYLVIA B. KING, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 1 N/K/A AMBER BOYD, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 6th day of January, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, FIRST ADDITION TO PINE OAK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 70 AND 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
