NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-010042-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SELECT PORTFOLIO SERVICING, INC., Plaintiff, and NAVIA ACOSTA A/K/A NAVIA E. ACOSTA; VENETIA COUNTRY CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A MICHAEL CANCEL, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 29th day of September, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 301, BUILDING NO. 3, OF VENETIA COUNTRY CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM SHOWN IN THE OFFICAL RECORDS BOOK 14909, PAGE 1961, TOGETHER WITH AN INDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
