NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 21, 2014, entered in Case No. 09-008297-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. as Trustee for RAMP 2005RS2 is the Plaintiff and Harry A. Stephens a/k/a Harry Allen Stephens; SunTrust Bank; Gisela B. Stephens; Unknown Tenant (s) in possession of the subject property are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK A, SKYCREST-UNIT TEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 36 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
