NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 20, 2014, entered in Case No. 09-020786-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Sandro Svrdlin; Unknown Spouse of Sandro Svrdlin if any; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By Through Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Coachman Creek Condominium Association, Inc.; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2823, BUILDING 28, COACHMAN CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 88 THROUGH 105, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4913, PAGE 1436 THROUGH 1502, INCLUSIVE, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
