NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 26, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-003183-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Alan Mowry a/k/a Alan E. Mowry, Todd Smith a/k/a Todd A. Smith a/k/a T.A. Smith, Eastwood Community Association, Inc., Orange County, Florida, Tracey Smith, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 30th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 123, OF VILLAGES II AT EASTWOOD PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, AT PAGE 28 AND 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
