NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 21, 2014, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-005064-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and David Strickland Known Heir of Dessie A. Strickland; Dessie A. Strickland; The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Successor Trustee to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee on Behalf of the Certificateholders of the CWHEQ Inc, CWHEQ Revolving Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2005-F; Unknown Heirs Successors Assigns and All Persons Firms or Association Claiming Right Title or Interest From or Under Dessie A. Strickland; Unknown Spouse of Dessie A. Strickland; Unknown Tenant(s) In Possession of Subject Property are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 2nd day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
WEST 1/2 OF LOT EIGHT(8) OF J.B. AND T.E. WALKER'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK “Q” PAGE 122, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
