NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 29th day of July, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-008030-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCATION is the Plaintiff and AMY JEX; HERMAN JEX and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 30th day of September, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK B, LAKE BELL TERRACE BOOK V, PAGE 13, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OF LOT 18, BLOCK A, IN SAID SUBDIVISION IN COMMON WITH THE OTHER OWNERS OF LOTS IN BLOCK B,C,D,E & F OF SAID SUBDIVISION FOR USE OF INGRESS AND EGRESS TO LAKE BELL
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
