NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 9, 2014 and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-018548-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-PA11, is the Plaintiff and GRANT RICHARD LUST, JR; DEBRA L. BURNSWORTH LUST; LINKSIDE VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; ERROL ESTATE PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 11/12/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
