NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of May, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-011875-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF DEUTSCHE BANK ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR2 is the Plaintiff and VICTORIA ROMANOVA; CITY OF ORLANDO, A FLORIDA MUNICIPAL CORPORATION and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 2nd day of October, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 94, ENGLEWOOD PARK, UNIT VII, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 128, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
