NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 31st day of July, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-012196-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and SEAN M. WATERHOUSE A/K/A SEAN MICHAEL WATERHOUSE; CHRISTINE M. WATERHOUSE A/K/A CHRISTINE MARIE WATERHOUSE; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE SEAN MICHAEL WATERHOUSE AND CHRISTINE MARIE WATERHOUSE INTER VIVOS REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JULY 31, 2009; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 2nd day of October, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, ORANGE BAY, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE(S) 60, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
