NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed 30th day of July, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-004899-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST RAMONA C. NORMAN, deceased; ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST AARON NORMAN, DECEASED; MARSHA NORMAN; JONATHAN DAVID NORMAN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, BY AND THROUGH THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF OSCEOLA COUNTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 1st day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK J, EVANS VILLAGE, 2ND UNIT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS FILED AND RECORDED IN OR BOOK X, PAGE 125 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
