RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed August 19, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-037274-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., GREENPOINT MTA TRUST 2006-AR3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR3, is Plaintiff, and CATHERINE LOVERA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 104, OF DANIELS LANDING, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, AT PAGES 3 THROUGH 8, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
