NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of foreclosure dated APRIL 16, 2014, and Court Order Rescheduling Sale, dated August 29, 2014, entered in Case No. 2011-CA-015155-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, RT EQUITY INVESTMENTS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, as the Assignee of the Plaintiff , KONDAUR CAPITAL CORPORATION, AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF MATAWIN VENTURES TRUST SERIES 2013-3, is the Plaintiff, and WILLIE J. HARRIS A/K/A WILLIAM JAMES HARRIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIE J. HARRIS A/K/A WILLIAM JAMES HARRIS; GWENDOLYN ANTOINETTE HARRIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GWENDOLYN ANTOINETTE HARRIS; STATE OF FLORIDA, CLERK OF THE COURT - ORANGE COUNTY; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; HIAWASSEE HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; STEPHANIE L. POOLE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A DESTINY RAMSEY; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, N/K/A KECIA LONGIA; and UNKNOWN TENANT #3, N/K/A Kecia Lengino, are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, EDDIE FERNANDEZ, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at public sale on OCTOBER 2, 2014, at 11:00 A.M. to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 146, HIAWASSEE HILLS UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 75 AND 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Property address: 5347 PALE HORSE DRIVE, ORLANDO, FL 32818 (the “Property”)
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
