NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, the following property described as:
Unit 307C, FLOEIDAYS ORLANDO RESORT, PHASE 1, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 8538, page 1540, and all its attachments and amendments, as amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 38, Page 53, as amended, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
will be sold at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash, via the internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on October 30, 2014.
