NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, Case No. 2013-CA-001456-0 in which Ventures Trust 2013-I-H-R by MCM CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC ITS TRUSTEE, is the Plaintiff, and Rafael Angel Velez Rosado, Unknown Spouse of Rafael Angel Velez Rosado, Ventura Country Club Community Homeowners Association, Inc., Southpointe Condominium Association, lnc., Defendants, and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the Property herein, situated in Orange County, Florida described as follows:
Condominium Unit L2 (The Unit), in Building 32, Southpointe Unit V, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3867, Page 2850, and all subsequent amendments thereto, together with a survey and plot plan recorded in Condominium Book 14, Pages 97 and 98, and further amendments, if any, together with its undivided share in the common elements, in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Property Address: 3995 Atrium Drive, Orlando, FL 32822
Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto, the Orange County Clerk of Court will offer the above-referenced Property at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. on the 8th day of October, 2014, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
