NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Stipulated Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 23, 2014 and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-032363 O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CSFB ARMT 2006-3 is the Plaintiff and CAPITAL FIRST MANAGEMENT, LLC AS TRUSTEE UNDER 1931 S FERNCREEK AVENUE LAND TRUST DATED JULY 26, 2007 THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE 1931 S FERNCREEK AVENUE LAND TRUST DATED JULY 26, 2007; JASON A. CROSS A/K/A JASON CROSS; JASON CROSS, AS A BENEFICIARY OF THE TRUST UNDER 1931 S FERNCREEK AVENUE LAND TRUST DATED JULY 26, 2007; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, and TENANT #3 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 11/24/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
