Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 12-2755 CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and KATHERINE FAVATA, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE FAVATA FAMILY TRUST DATED 06/05/2006; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A CORY A. STEWART; are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 8 day of October, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 848, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 26, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 19A THRU 19E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 20094 SUSAN AVENUE, PORT CHARLOTTE, FL 33952
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
