NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated Sept. 9, 2014, entered in Case No. 2011-CA-003390 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association is the Plaintiff and Irina Mereshko; Sergy Mereshko a/k/a S. Mereshko ; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 10 day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 36, Block 3531, of Port Charlotte Section 64, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page(s) 78A through 78F, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
