Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment dated Aug. 26, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 12002760CA, in the Circuit Court for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Ameriquest Mortgage Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series ARSI 2006-M3, under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated September 1, 2006 is the Plaintiff, and JEFFREY LEHMAN, et al., are the Defendants, Charlotte County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida, described as:
Lot 11, Block 1724, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 52, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 66A of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 5 day of January, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
