NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 9 day of September, 2014, in Civil Action No. 14-CC-00009, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which SIMON MICHAEL BUTLER and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A PHILIP MURTAUGH, are the Defendants, and OLDE CYPRESS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 6 day of October, 2014, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
Lot 32, Tract 5, Olde Cypress Unit Three, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 84, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
