NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2014, and entered in 11-CA-004017 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN TENANT; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MARY E. WALCH A/K/A MARY WALCH; ROGER J. WALCH SR.; RICHARD A. WALCH; MARY BETH GARANT are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL , at 11:00 AM on October 6, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, BLOCK 65, NAPLES PARK UNIT #5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
