NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2014, and entered in 11-2014-CA-000723-00 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY, is the Plaintiff and CAROL D. MARTIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROL D. MARTIN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; COUNTRY HOLLOW THREE ASSOCIATION, INC.; COUNTRYSIDE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; COUNTRY HOLLOW COMMONS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL , at 11:00 AM on October 6, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT H101, COUNTRY HOLLOW THREE, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1476, PAGE 691 AS RECORDED IN OR BOOK 1481, PAGE 692, AS AMENDED AND RESTATED IN OR BOOK 3189, PAGE 2172, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
