SUCCESSORY BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff, and THOMAS J. LENARD; NANCY E. LENARD; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; BETACOM INCORPORATED A/K/A BETACOM INC.; VINTAGE BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
DWIGHT E. BROCK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 6 day of OCTOBER, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment to wit:
DWELLING UNIT D-7, BUILDING D, IN VINTAGE BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2291, PAGE 1604, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED DWELLING UNIT.
This property is located at the Street address of: 337 VINTAGE BAY DRIVE #D7, MARCO ISLAND, FL 34145.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
